As we all cope with the ongoing pandemic, here is an update on the status of the Albuquerque Home Remodeling & Lifestyle Shows.
EXPO New Mexico officials have informed us that it is unlikely they will make available their facilities for any large consumer shows until June 2021 at the earliest. In light of this, we have decided to cancel both the upcoming Fall 2020 Show, which was scheduled to take place on the weekend of October 17-18, 2020, and the Spring 2021 Home Remodeling & Lifestyle Show, which was tentatively planned for the weekend of February 27-28, 2021.
The Albuquerque Home Remodeling & Lifestyle Shows will resume with the Fall 2021 Show, which will be held on the weekend of October 16-17, 2021. We hope that by that time, a vaccine to eliminate the risk of COVID-19 infection will have been developed and will be widely distributed, allowing large gatherings in indoor facilities to take place once again. Assuming that happens, we plan to resume our twice-yearly schedule of shows (February and October) beginning in 2022.
When our shows resume next October, we will take steps to ensure that health and safety for attendees and exhibitors will be a top priority.
